Better late than never, Yahtzee reviews Oblivion, one of his better reviews..
Some good PC games coming out later this year and in the beginning of 2009. Played Dawn of War with a few friends like a maniac, wonderful game. Cannot wait until the second game gets released. Terminator Squad for the win !
One game that I’m really looking forward to is Alan Wake developed by Remedy. Remedy have created the successful games Max Payne and Max Payne II before and Alan Wake seems to deliver the same intense story telling that made Max Payne so incredible.
A trailer and some screenshots were released in 2006 but it became awfully quite about the game since then. A interview was published in early 2007 and the game was mentioned in some later interviews (Shane Kim for instance about a month ago) but nothing specific about the game itself.
It looks like it could be released in 2008 or beginning of 2009. My hopes for the game are taken directly from the fame that Remedy received after creating Max Payne 1 and 2. My predictions are that it will be a great game, one to look out for.
