I enjoyed the first Land Stand game by Con Artists tremendously. It was an exciting game that kept you motivated even after finishing it for the first time. The player was one of the last survivors of a virus outbreak that turned most humans and animals into Zombies. He had to hold out for twenty days in his location searching for other survivors and weapons at day and fighting zombies at night.
The Last Stand 2 puts you in the role of a helicopter crash survivor who has to reach Union City to get of the land before it is being sealed of by the armed forces. This is actually one of the biggest changes in the second part. You have to move the character through various locations to be able to reach Union City in time.
The controls of the game have remained the same. WASD moves the character behind the barricades, R reloads the gun and space swaps it and the Left Mouse button shoots a bullet.
Guy in fancy pants tries to catch rabbit who stole his ice cream. The fancy pants game is a jump and run with some interesting ideas, wonderful sound and stunning animations. Brad Borne, the developer of the game, created a very special game, especially if you consider that this is still an online flash game.
The player can move the character around with the arrow keys and use the S key to jump around. Up does open doors as well and down performs slides and ducks the character. While the main task is to chase the rabbit and get your ice cream back Brad added some motivating side quests into the game.
The player can grab a different pant in each level if he manages to kick a snail’s shell into a hole in the level which awards the player the pant of the level. Some sequences in the game remind me of the popular Line Rider and even Sonic games. The good old ones.
It takes some time to load the initial game but once you’re in the game it only loads between levels and that pretty fast. Fancy Pants Adventure World 2 is a wonderful game, very entertaining, beautiful and motivating.
I’m the Mekuri Master, the Skirt-Flip King. The name isn’t their idea… It’s mine. I’m a man who was born to lift skirts. You think any so-called “rules” are gonna stop me? When classes get out, I race through the corridors like a fearsome wind, flipping, flipping, flipping up girls’ skirts and letting the whole world know that I am the Mekuri Master!
Talking about exotic game concepts. How about a skirt-flipping game from Japan ? Does that sound exotic enough to you ? Mekuri Master [via tigsource] is a browser game that puts you int the roll of the Skirt-Flip King. His task is to run through the hallway and flip as many skirts as possible.
His skirt flipping technique is rated from being perfect to bad and it has direct consequences on the lift bar at the top. If the bar fills completely the skirt-flip king goes into super mode which makes it a tad easier to flip skirts. If he misses to many skirts he will loose the game and return to his job as the janitor of the school.
The graphics are really nice and do remind me a little bit of the Street Fighter games with the only difference that the game scrolls and that the levels are populated by many girls in Japanese schoolgirl uniforms.
If you have not had your daily dosis of schoolgirl panties yet head over to Nigoro to play the game.
N Ninja is an excellent jump and run game that can be played in the browser or downloaded to the computer to be played offline. Versions for Windows, Linux and Mac are available for download, everyone else may play the game online. The objective of the game is the move the ninja character from the level entrance to the level exit.
The game is time based which means that the player has to reach the level exit before the time runs out. The yellow squares that are lying around add a little bit of time and they become essential in later stages of the game. The exit is usually closed at the beginning and can only be opened by moving over switches that are placed strategically in the level.
The player can die in numerous ways including jumps from great heights, mines and lasers. Thankfully though he can use some ninja moves to reach certain places that are unreachable for normal human beings. He can jump from one wall to another to gain height and slide down walls to avoid death.
Several objects like lifts, jumpers and switches in the game help the ninja reach the exit and are more often than not essential to reach it. I really like the fact that you can try each level as long as you want without having to start all over again. It’s a little bit like Lemmings in this regard with each level being independent from the others.
